About The Twin Lotus Center DIRECTIONS TO CENTER
Our intention is to offer the community a peaceful and intimate sanctuary, a respite from the stress and strain of everyday life, a place to emerge from feeling lighter, happier, and uplifted.
Founded by Antara Davis and Laurie Lotus Miller, The Twin Lotus Center is a many-faceted jewel in the heart of Santa Cruz, California. Located at the end of El Dorado Street next to Schwan Lake Park, they have created an island of serenity within the colorful gardens of the Davis residence.
As soon as you step inside the gate, you will feel the healing energy begin to soothe your being. That feeling will deepen when you enter the heart of TLC ~ the Lotus Temple. This garden room is an intimate sacred space surrounded by fountains, flowers, and pond. It was carefully created to honor the healing powers of the Divine Feminine with a beautiful collection of images and statuary. The Lotus Temple is the main space where healing sessions occurs, meditations, and small classes (up to 12 students). A larger gathering room is in the upstairs of the main house easily seating 20 students. The garden space has room for outdoor aerobics & tai chi. For indoor Yoga classes we use a facility conveniently located just a few blocks away. Antara & Brian are the gracious hosts who reside here and caretake the Center.
Here you will learn about and experience a variety of healing modalities via workshops, personalized sessions, weekly classes, or in ongoing monthly meetings. We cover a wide variety of topics and you can learn the details by enjoying this site.
